In November, 2012 we were billed twice for your service, once on my visa and once on my wife's American Express. These charges were not authorized and due to catching a virus with Norton 360 we went to another approach and have tried for weeks to try and find a way to contact you and finally had to resort to this message board. Please contact me about my refund and to confirm that you have cancelled our accounts without delay. We no longer will have any need from Norton except for our refund.
