Hello, I have 360 up and not good running. But when I click the 360 Icon, I do not get any screens at all, so I cannot see what is happening. The icon is on the process line at the bottom, but when you hover the mouse it only shows an empty screen. This is only in the Norton products, all others I can see. 360 launches at boot up, after that I can see the icons on the taskbar (lower right corner), that it is running. But I cannot access any features or launch anything at all. It's like it is invisible. And because I cannot "start" the program in 360, and I cannot see what is happening, I cannot use the program to fix itself. I used for 5 years Norton. The first 2 years Norton Internet Security and the last years Norton 360 Versions 3,4,5 and since 27-01-2013 version 6 Since the upgrade to version 6 at 27-01-2013 give it this problems I never used other security programs Many thanks for any answers J. de Kos
