Why is my Norton Security Suite Disappears?

So I guess my Norton Security Suite got updated and now every time I click on the icon to have it clean up files I don't need or to do a long virus scan; it won't open. It will open up, then it will disappear and the menu will never pop up again when I try to open it manually. This is a big problem for me and it's making me very angry.

I have a Satellite Toshiba laptop and Windows 7 Premium. I've uninstalled it and re-installed it and still doesn't work. It seems to install fine, I run LiveUpdate, software wants to reboot after updates installed, and after it does, same problem! Norton won't start up. Does anyone else know what to do? I really need help and thank you.
