Recently the back- up of files has stopped (roughly at the same place). "Status" is indicated as "running" but nothing progresses. When "cancel" is clicked, I can't access Task Manager via CNTRL/ALT/DEL, can't switch to other programmes and computer is suspended. Have to hold down power button to switch off.
When using "Support", Norton Auto Fix scan report indicates "We did not find any issues with N360". When the Support box is clicked to go back, a black horizontal band appears across the box and the computer does not respond (as above).
My N360 virus protection is up-to-date, I have scanned for viruses, used Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Fix It, deleted problematic add-ons, cleaned up temp internet files, and used disk fragmenter.
Any advice on what I should do please?
