Recently used Norton 360 and ran Norton Insight. The program scanned my PC and reported that the scan found many, many, many bad files. How can someone with my limited PC knowledge remove these bad files that were detected.
My PC has been running erratic, slow at times, and freezing up especially while using Internet Explorer. Would these bad Files found during the scan cause performance issues with my PC?? I also performed a Registry Scan and all was good with no issues. Used Norton Power Eraser and no issues were found. Can somebody thro me a bone and give a helping hand!!
