Hello,
I've recently upgraded my Norton 360 to the newest version (NEW GUI) Version 20.2.1.22. I'm having an issue similar to that of other users who are posting with LiveUpdate, however they are able to view the LiveUpdate as "In Progress" where mine is required and automatically fails. This has been occuring the last few days, Norton Help advises me to click on Summary > Tech Support, but there are no options to do so.
There are 184 days left in my subscription.
I have:
Rebooted my computer
Restarted Norton
Hit the button a million times
Banged my head against my desk.
Please provide any assistance you can.
