Update changed my subscription status

Hello,

 

I just did a 360 premier edition latest version update, changed my sub. status to a 30 day trial. I did see another post about that same issue, opened 360, clicked on support and tried to locate the "subscription status" tab...doesn't list it. It's only showing a " enter product key" tab. My subscription was supposed to be active until June/August...can't remember which. My computer seems to also be running very slow, especially Norton...takes a few minutes for it to load now.

 

However, I have been having issues with my P.C. folders showing up on my desktop that weren't there before, Internet ex. is freezing up a lot lately, other programs are as well, constantly having to reboot and lately I seem to be typing faster than my keyboard can keep up. I ran a complete virus scan, nothing. I ran a Malware/spyware defender scan, nothing. Have O.S. Win 7 Home Premium. Come to think of it...computer didn't start acting funny until my Husband and I switched to Comcast Xfinity..which my Husband set-up the wireless account through an IT tech, so I think that's secure and we have our network set up as "Home" on my desktop and his laptop, mine is ethernet, his is wireless.Both running 360 premier, same account. Have never been w/o Antivirus software nor have we ever turned it off. Should I be worried? Should I just activate Norton Security Suite through comcast? I think they offer Network protection...sorry for rambling, just worried. Please help!
