Norton Security Suite includes a Backup component. I have configured it with backup scheduled for weekly. The Backup Location was set to a USB hard drive. The backup has not been run for more than a week, yet Backup shows a green check mark and is listed as Protected in the main screen. A backup that has not been backed up as per the schedule should not be listed with a green check mark. There should be an alert indicating that a backup needs to be performed.
In addition, the "Status" column of the "Backup Details" dialog box includes a "Details" link. Clicking on this does nothing.
In the "Manage Backup Sets" the "Where" field says "No Backup Location Selected" even though it was configured to write to the USB hard drive. The drive is not currently connected.
