I have backed up files to my online space, and the program told me the backup succeeded. I can see the files in the Backup Drive in Windows, but they don't show in nobu.backup.com. There's just some headers and otherwise a blank page. There is, however, an indicator telling me how much space I've used - but no files are showing. How come?
