Hi All,
I'm trying to investigate why my Father in law's N360 says he has no space left for backup. I check the Nobu site and sure enough he has very little of his 36GB left for backup. My next thought was to delete those backup sets as most of them are duplicated data. I'd like to start from scratch. The issue is, I go into Manager Backup Sets in the N360 app and I can only see one of the three Backup sets I see online. I have seen numerous older threads on this topic but none with a solution I could reproduce. Can anyone from Norton help us with this issue? He's convinced he needs more storage but that's simply not true.
