Error 3504, 100

I upgraded this year to 360,,thought it would be as good and better protection for my family's pc needs. I have experienced the same issues I have found folks having since 2011, the error msg 3504,100.

 

I have follow the tips and have uninstalled, cleared folders, reinstalled etc,,it has gotten to the point that I contacted cs service and granted them approval to come into my system and do the needed fix. It worked,,until I shut down my laptop. The next day I boot up,,guess what,,neither of my two browsers will open. I check and click on norton icon,,it won't open either. Now after 20-30 mins I get the error message, norton auto fix comes on,, runs, says fixed, resolved. Yet it happens again after I shut down(overnight) and start up in the mornings.

 

If this problem has been an on going issue since 2011 or before,,why hasn't norton gotten a fix on this yet?

What can I do to resolve this, I am not very good on the terminology and tech end of pc's. I counted on norton 360 to not have issues and problems only to come to believe that my problems are now being caused by norton 360.
