I have Norton version 20.2.0.19 from Comcast, and whenever I run Norton Insight, the columns of information for each file are blank. There is nothing listed under resource usage or community usage for any files. Some files have their stability and trust level shown, but others do not have any information listed at all except the file name. When I click on file details, all information is present, but when I just scroll down through the list of files, most have no information listed. How do I fix this problem?
