Can you do a Backup, Full and incremental?.

I have installed several Norton 360 Premier Edition, 5 computers.
I want to schedule a backup of ours data (of all files in a certain directory) each week, such as Friday (Full Backup).
Additionally, each day at a specific time, to make a backup of the files modified or incorporated into these directories (Incremental Backup).

Can it be done?
