Norton keeps finding and blocking the above trojans and says they are located in c:\windows\installer\... However, I can not find the file. I ran a full system scan with Norton and found nothing to solve my issue. I am running Windows Vista Home Premium SP2 x64 bit. Do I need to need to restore my system back to factory settings and lose all of my stuff or is there another way of removing the trojans?
