Norton 360 Premium Backup

I can no longer perform backups. I had an error a week or so ago saying that I had to activate my account. After looking all over the place, I finally found a place to do this, and was able to perform a backup.

 

Today, I saw that a backup had not been updated since March 26th. Looking in the program, it said that the backup failed because it had to be activdated.

 

This is ridiculous!!! The activation for backup should have been done when I activated the product, and should never be required again.

 

Can anyone tell me how to fix this?
