I have the Norton Security Suite installed on my computer. It was working fine until it sent me an error message saying that my backup and anti virus were at risk. Normally when I get an error message like that I run a backup and virus scan to correct the problem, however, this time I received a message saying that I my Norton is inactive, and I should check connections to the internet.
I have full internet connection, I have checked forums that described similar issues, yet nothing has worked.
Any help is appreciated, thanks.
