I just downloaded Norton 360 yesterday but I cannot open it. I had Norton Internet Security before this and the same thing happened but I never did anything about it. I can still right click the icon and run a scan, but it won't open the dashboard.
After I downloaded the 360 onto my computer yesterday, it was fine. My laptop died overnight and when I started it up today Norton 360 was nowhere to be found on my computer. So I downloaded the removal tool to get rid of all of the old Internet Security stuff and I had to use another one of my downloads that came with my purchase. So now I have downloaded it twice and it will not open no matter which way I try it. I'm afraid that if I turn my computer off or if it dies again, I will lose the second download of the three that I have.
One last thing, as I am typing this I got a pop-up from Norton Autofix that says Norton 360 has encountered an error (5013,3), Repair: Product Service Dependency, Result: Failed.
I am beyond frustrated with my Norton products and am wondering if it's my computer or if it is the product. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
