Full Scan does not run

I have the version from Comcast,  20.2.0.19. I left the default setting for running a full scan every days.  The quick scan seems to run frequently, maybe every day, but the full scan has not run in over 2 months.  Isn't it supposed to run every 30 days.  It seems that backups are not running by schedule either.  Now I wonder what else is not running.

 

Please help.
