Recently, within the last 3-5 weeks (I think) after I do a complete scan running N360 v 6.4.1.14 on my Windows 7 Prof 32 bit machine, I am losing cookies. Specifically those that are tied into my Financial Institutions were I am Authorizing my Home Computer. Now, after every scan when I go to these websites (there are 5 different institutes I deal with) I have to answer my Security questions and re-authorize my Computer. I've contacted the financial institutes to find out what cookie names I should look for to exclude so N360 does NOT delete them, but the names they have given me are NOT on the list of cookies that N360 prompts me for after a scan.
I changed: ‘Tracking cookies Scan’ from ‘ON’ to ‘Ask Me’, got a list, and exported the .txt file but can't find the cookie names I'm looking for.
So now I'm asking: Am I looking for TRACKING cookies or are these cookies called something else?
While this isn't really a big deal, it is becoming a pain in the you know what. And it only started recently. Any help / advice is greatly appreciated.
