Full Scan?

I have norton 360 I have turn the standard trust set to "full scan" but when I have it do a full system scan it doesnt scan all the files. I know this cause malwarebytes anti-malware fullscan file count is around 300, 000 and norton is 150, 000. Norton also says it has trusted 0 and skip 0 after a full scan. I have seen other posts about this but wouldnt it tell me if it skip files or trusted them? Any help on this would be very very appreciated.
