Transferring Norton 360 & Backup files to a replacement computer

I currently have 3 computers (A,B, and C) which use Norton 360 support.

I'd like to replace computer A with a new computer (D). I'd like to transfer all the files from A currently saved on a Norton (Internet) Backup Drive to D, and remove Norton 360 support from A and start it on D.

Is this possible? What series of steps do I need to do to accomplish this task?
