We have Vista Ultimate and are starting a 30 day trial of Norton 360, version 20.3.1.22.
Is it possible to use the Norton 360 Firewall to block specific processes? E.g. When I start Media Player, (to stream radio, play music etc etc) I have found the Media Player application opens and maintains 4 internet processes, of which three are of no use to me (I wonder what they are for:-)).
So, what I have done in the past is to configure my net security suite to allow the processes I want and block all others. However in Norton 360 I can only find the ability to block an entire application and not specific aspects/processes of that application.
Any Ideas?
