Hi,
I am a Norton user and recently I started to get symerr.exe Application Error. This happens even I am not doing anything (not even internet explorer is on). After getting this error I lose my desktop. Only thing I see is my background and this error I need to power off my laptop and restart. I should also mention that I had a clean windows installation so I do not thing it is a virus.
Anyone had a similiar problem? and is there a solution.
