I'm blocked from one website

Hello,

I am being blocked from one website, webhsp.com, which is the general site of where I rent space to host my websites. I can get to all of my websites, but just not theirs. (It does not affect my own websites at all, but I need to see their website information.) I went to "isthiswebsitedownorjustme" and it said it's just me. I contacted webhsp support and they had me do a tracert, which drops (times out) in the first hop, then continues and reads the rest of the chain. Webhsp support do not see any problem at their end. They finally suggested I contact my isp, Comcast. Comcast wants to charge me to fix it because they say it is either my firewall or an unconfigured device.

I have a Belkin router, but I tried a hardwired connection directly to the modem and got the same thing. I tried 2 desktop computers, Windows 7 & Vista, 3 browsers Chrome, Firefox and IE, same thing.  The Vista machine is a squeaky clean install with Norton 360 as the only software on it. The Windows 7 has HMA recently installed, but I've tried it without HMA loaded and still the same thing. The fact that it's on 2 computers and all that I've tried tells me it's either something I can set in Norton, or it really is a problem at Comcast.

Is there a rule I can say in Norton 360 to get to this one website? I haven't set up any rules in Norton and not sure what to do. If anyone is willing to help me I would greatly appreciate it.

Thank you,

djoseph
