I have been a Norton user for a long time. For the last 4.5 years we have been operating a Lely Milking Robot with the computer while Norton 360 has been running. We just installed some updated software for the Lely system and now it does not do it's daily and weekly backups. The tech support people for Lely are blaming the Norton software for the problems. I am wondeing if there is a way for me to completely shut off Norton for 15 minutes while the Lely software can do it's backup, then have Norton come back to life without me having to uninstall the whole program? This will also then tell me if it truely is a compatability problem or if Lely has some programming issues. Thanks
