As of September 22, 2013, the latest Norton 360 patch version is 21.0.1.3. The patch is distributed through Automatic LiveUpdate mechanism.
As suggested, I ran Automatic LiveUpdates and it still show Norton 360 premier version 6.4.1.14. When will the new version 21.0.1.3 will show up.
