Hi,
I recently upgraded to windows 8 from windows 7. However, when i open up Norton 360 Premier, it is saying that i need to scan my computer for viruses. There is a 'fix now' button, however, when you click on it, it doesn't actually fix the problem. It is saying that the quick scan or any scan is not complete and the fix is not complete. What do i do?
