My Nortons is up for renewal in 6 days and I have tried to renew it on my desktop computer. The renewal screen only offers the option to renew in Japanese yen (I'm in the UK). So I then tried to renew on my laptop (I have Nortons on 2 laptops and a desktop) but was only given the option to renew in US dollars. Tempting as it was because it seems much cheaper in dollars I was concerned that it wouldn't be valid in this country.
I would be very grateful if someone could tell me what I'm doing wrong and should I be concerned. Would it be easier (and cheaper) to buy a Nortons from the shop and re-install?
