I have this problem on at least two of the three computers that I have protected with N360. Download Updates and Proccess Updates show red and they both are unable to complete.
Here is my concern. Doesn't N360 update definitions up to multiple times per day? Also couldn't this be a way for a bad actor to be disabling N360 from working in real time with proper protection before attempting to take control of the computer or otherwise proceeding to complete bad acts against the computer?
By the way one computer is running Win 7 Professional and the other Win 7 Home Premium. Both are 64 bit and have all known updates of all software. They both were also recently upgraded to V 21.0.1.18 of N360.
So am I wrong about my concerns or what?
