"Your PC is not protected from intrusions and hacker attacks"

I turned my laptop this morning and when I opened Norton, the first "security" box was red and it says "at risk".

Underneath this, it says "Your PC is not protected from intrusions and hacker attacks".

Next to this, it says "Fix Now". When I clicked this, it says "Fixing Firewall" but at the end it says "Fix not complete" and the "Smart Firewall" isn't "fixed". I did a quick scan, no viruses. When Ii go on settings, and firewall, my smart firewall is switched to OFF. When i switch it on, and click apply, it saves it then i shut it and click it again and it switches itself to OFF again.

I have NORTON 360 2014
