The other day I updated the Norton 360 on my Vista machine (V 20.4.0.40) to the newest version (21.1.0.18) I discovered that I NOW have the same exact problem as on the XP machine whereas I did not before on the Vista. The Vista went from loading the Gateway page properly to the 404 Error (Page Not Found) and the third placement in the address of the Gateway Webpage { "/us/") is in small letters rather than capitals { "/US/"} as designated by the website and cannot be corrected, even through a Registry change. So therefore, it MUST be something that Norton does some where's, only it hasn't been discovered...until now! Nothing else on the Vista has changed and is current in all updates of Windows/IE and other programs and was working fine prior to the upgrade of N360.
