Appears that I infected my laptop with malware. Updated version of Norton 360 finds Trojan.ZeroAccess!inf and prompts for manual removal. Have run the removal tool multiple times along with quick and full sytem scans, as well as Norton Power Eraser. All to no avail! My internet provider made me aware of the problem as our IP was flagged due to over 100k spam emails apparently being sent from my IP address. Your help would be very much appreciated!
