While looking at several postings I am interested to know if "hillsmi" was ever able to resolve problems with opening Norton 360. I purchased and installed Norton 360 on Nov 21, 2012 and installed on my Dell desktop, windows 7 professional, 64 bit and I have gone through all the same heartaches that "hillsmi' has gone through. I spent 14 hours chatting with Norton techs and allowing the techs to take control of my computer. Problem is not resolved and now someone from NOrton wants to charge me $99.99 to resolve my problem. Will not do that, will cancel subscription on all my computers before I pay Norton another dime.
I attempted to update 360 on my desktop a few minutes ago and received a message "Your are not elgible for an update" "only paid current subscriptions are eligble to download and install updates".. Have no idea what or where to go to resolve my problem. Have been a NOrton subscriber for over 6-7 years but may not be much longer.
