I finally figured out how to solve the Green Dot virus on my computer. I had tried everything listed on all the forums and the virus would not allow me to do ANY of them. Finally, it dawned on me that it is a ONLINE virus, so I disconnected from the internet and it does not appear on my screen anymore. Now I am able to run Malwarebytes or similar removal tools. Hope this helps the people who have pulled most of their hair out like I have.
