I have ...Norton 360 on two computers a desktop & laptop
The version i bought covers three PC's
I activated the product today
I have not been able to do a full or quick scan since i bought the product ...It was installed at the shop i bought it from...They installed it on both computers
I have had the laptop for a month & the PC for three days !
I was able to do a scan of some family pictures from another PC on the desktop yesterday.....now i cannot even do that
the same thing happens on both the desktop & laptop
HELP
