have been using Norton anti-virus and Family successfully for quite a wghile. Discovered my teen has been accessing porn sites. Not sure what has happened, but Family did not seem to work any more. Went through uninstall/reinstall process, Now i have no Norton product except NPE.exe, this tells me my system is clean. When I try to reinstall 360 & Family i get an error and the reinstall won't happen.
