There are other posts similar to this, I have tried many of the suggestions already (remove temp files, create a new backup set, create a single new file to backup in existing backup sets). None of these have solved my problem.
I'm using Windows 7 with Norton 360 Premier version 6.4.0.9.
I have 3 backup sets, 2 store locally and one is online. All 3 have backuped within the last 2 hours.
The only way I see to fix this is to delete all my backup sets and start over, or to reinstall N360, both of these are unacceptable solutions.
Why isn't this working?
