Conflict with Fix-it utilities professional

I installed Fix-it utilities and told it to ignore the fix-it malware and virus and am getting serious problems.  "Windows is recovering from and unexpected shutdown, error found - 8504,104, takes forever to shutdown and get warnings that shutdown "did not properly shutdown last time".  Are these all problems with having Fix-it utilities also installed on my computer??
