[I've transcribed rossellameloni reported problem, because it is the same. I've changed some of the text. How can the problem be solved, if the user solution was to move for another anti-virus software, other then Norton? The product that Symantec offers, but it seams useless.]
My Norton 360 does not protect my computer, since I've renewd my subscription on early December 2012.
An alert keeps on showing that Auto Protect, Sonar, Anti Spyware, Incoming and Outcoming email protection are off.
When I try to automatically fix this (by clicking the Norton built-in "Fix ow" key, it does not work.
I have searched the forum and a suggestion is to uninstall and reinstall the product.
I have procede with Norton v64233471_EndUserProfile_en_us suggestion: the solution is fixed after re-installing but a few days later, when I turn on my computer the problem reverts back to the original state.
It is very frustrating and I am thiking of switching to another anti virus provider as this product is absolutely useless to me as it is.
Product installed on Windows XP Professional Service Pack 3.
Norton 360 product installed is latest version as per update check
