I reinstalled Norton 360 the other day, and during the Live Update I noticed a patch was being applied. The problem is my WiFi connection dropped just as it was installing. Therefore, how do I know if the patch was installed successfully? I went to the Get Help and ran that. It came back saying it fixed one issue but I have no idea what the fix was for. I reinstalled it because I've been experiencing this stalling problem with the Full System scan. It stalls while scanning the Microsoft apps for 2 Xbox games and has stalled during the Tuneup Activities also. The reinstallation hasn't fixed the problem, and I'm still very perplexed. Please Norton find a solution to this ongoing problem with the scanning.
