The service N360 continues to run as a service, but Norton 360 will not restart from the menu.

Any help would be gratefully received as at the moment Norton 360'sbehaviour is unfit for purpose and shouldn't have got by alpha testing.   And why is there the incosistancy with the Icons?  Minor detail possibly but could point to an underlying lack of standards.

Cheers
