I bought the Norton 360 renewal and my credit card was charged 49.99. Then, it still showed it had days to expire. I signed in and downloaded the product I purchased 12/12/2012 - in December.Instead, it gives me a VIN Number but only a 30 Day trial. I have TIRED everything. I still have the VIN number but it won't work on the downloaded product. My history shows my purchase! I cannot seem to get ANY help from Norton. I'm out of options. Please HELP
