Hi all.
I recently factory rest my PC ( Vista), I have installed all OS updates. I try to reinstall 360 from my Norton account and after downloading it attempts to install but I get an error message saying that it does not recognize my Operating System.
Any one able to help? Thanks in anticipation, David
