Tried to backup but was told to reactivate online backup but am unable to do so.
Keep getting message backup at risk, log into norton account and reactivate subscription.
Tried this but to no affect.
If I click" fix now" I get" unable to proceed with norton account at this time, please try later".
Tried reinstalling norton n account at this time, please try later.
Tried reinstalling norton but still get the same messages.
Anyone got any ideas what I'm doing wrong?
