Out of the blue my 360 started crashing when I try to log into Identy vault. Iv gone through the gamet of deinstalling/reinstalling, Power eraser, etc. Im currently running whatever is the lastest version of Norton 360 and IE 9.0.10..I can log into my norton account but not the vault online, that is , through the account interface on the website. Im getting the error associated with "rapidboot" and then the entire norton crashes. I dont use rapidboot and everything was fine up till 10/27/12 when it just failed. When I attempt to log in to vault online I get an internal server error. Iv already cancelled my reaccuring subscription but would like to use the service iv paid for until it cancels.
