Hi,
Recently our internet provider has had to block our internet access due to botnet activity, but refuses to tell us what is going on. It has happened twice and each time said it was due to botnet related activity. My question is, how can I find and remove the Botnet and keep it from happening again? Could it be that the Botnet has infected my router and if so, would buying a new one fix everything? Also, how can I run Norton 360 to scan Gmail while it is being used? I think it might be Gmail that is the problem.
