I have searched and cannot find answer and know it must be me-Here is my issue;
1) I have a current Norton account and vault-via cloud-
2) Upgraded to Win 8.1 IE 11 and installed Nort 360 Beta-
3) I see NToolbar option but does not load and cannot use based on compatability
Fix??
