I ran a QuickScan after doing a System Restore on my Win7. It went well except for a pop up:
QuickScan-x64 - System Error
The program can't start because IL_TIFF_x65.fmt is missing from
your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.
What is this? What program? I Googled this IL-TIFF...etc and could't find a good answer. TIFF is related to photography. I have Photoshop Elements 11 installed but it starts OK.
