Hi all, I am after a bit of advice. I have recently purchased another yearly subscription of Norton 360. For me to activate it I need to sign into my Norton account but I have forgotten my password so I have requested a password reset. I received the email entitled: Forgot your Norton Account password? So I click on the link that is in the email but it takes me to the Norton Account homepage and it just asks me to sign in but I can't do this as I don't remember my old password so I can't request a new password to sign in with.
Any help would be appreciated.
